UniHouse is a platform for finding and contacting third-party providers. Unless a specific checkout says otherwise, UniHouse does not own the property or goods shown and is not a party to a rental, sale, or transport agreement between users.

Listing descriptions, prices, photos, availability, and provider details can change. A verification label describes a check completed at a particular time; it is not a guarantee of current availability, legal title, physical condition, safety, or the provider's future conduct. UniHouse:
Users are encouraged to visit properties in person and conduct their own due diligence before entering into any rental agreement.
Before you confirm a payment, the checkout shows the amount due in Zambian kwacha. A reservation or contact-unlock fee is a payment for access to the listed accommodation provider's contact details; it is not rent, a deposit, or a guarantee that the room will meet your needs. Any rent, deposit, or other balance payable to a provider is separate and must be checked with that provider.
Contact-unlock fees are non-refundable once the contact details have been unlocked after a successful payment. If a payment was taken but access was not provided, or you believe there was an error or unauthorized charge, contact teamunihouse@gmail.com with the transaction details so we can investigate. This rule does not limit any rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
Do not pay a provider outside the platform until you have checked the listing, the provider, and the terms of your proposed rental or purchase. Never share a mobile-money PIN or one-time code with UniHouse or a provider.
Users who post goods or offer transport must describe them honestly, keep details current, and comply with applicable law. Buyers and passengers should confirm the item or journey, price, identity, and arrangements directly with the provider before paying or travelling. UniHouse does not guarantee third-party goods, routes, arrival times, or personal safety.
Guides, calculators, and any automated answers are general information. Check important decisions against current listing details and a qualified professional where appropriate.
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but listings and third-party services can contain errors or be interrupted. We will review reports of incorrect listings, failed unlocks, and safety concerns sent through our contact page. Users and providers remain responsible for their own statements, agreements, and conduct.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
UniHouse's original text, graphics, logos, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Other content may belong to its respective owner.
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably needed to protect users or the service, including for:
